Frequently asked questions

Is therapy for me even if I don’t have a diagnosis?

Yes. I work with lived experience, emotions, and daily challenges — a diagnosis is not required.

Can I book a session if I don’t know what’s wrong?

Absolutely. Feeling lost without knowing why is a valid starting point.

Do I have to live abroad to work with you?

No — but if you experience confusion, loneliness, or a loss of meaning, you’ll be in good hands.

Can I switch languages during the session?

Yes — many clients work with me in a hybrid (PL/EN) format.

Should I book a session if I’m unsure?

If you feel you need support, doubt is completely normal. It’s not always easy to step out of your comfort zone and talk about difficulties. I adjust the pace to your needs, so we can begin by exploring your expectations, questions, and concerns.

Of course. It’s natural that we don’t feel comfortable with everyone. The first three sessions are usually focused on giving you a chance to feel comfortable and have a conversation while getting to know each other — you can decide freely whether it feels right for you.
